The Vanguard Built application code does not set cookies or use local storage, advertising pixels, session replay, analytics tags or fingerprinting. The questionnaire keeps answers in the current page only. Fonts and images are served with this website rather than loaded from Google Fonts or an external image service.

Hosting and sign-in

OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar mechanisms for sign-in, access control, security and operation of the hosted service. A complete inventory of cookies set by the hosting and sign-in layers has not been independently verified. This policy does not claim that those layers are cookie-free.

Consent and controls

No optional tracking is enabled in our application, so it does not display an “accept all” banner or collect unnecessary consent preferences. Any future optional tracking must be assessed and this notice updated, with appropriate controls before activation. You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking operational cookies may affect hosted service features. Tender delivery now uses your email app and does not require website sign-in.
